Our training portfolio includes onsite and publicly scheduled courses which include ITIL V3 Overviews and Briefings; V3 Foundation courses; V3 Intermediate Lifecycle and Capability Module training courses ; ISO20000 Practitioners and Auditors courses ; Prince 2 courses ; CobiT foundation training and other Best Practice training courses.  We also sell relevant core Publications and provide Consultancy and Recruitment services.

Our in-depth knowledge and wide industry experience ensures that we provide a high quality of service every time. We work in close partnership with our valued associates and a select number of like minded organisations. This enables us to offer a ‘One Stop Shop’ approach for all accredited training needs such as ITIL, Prince2, ISO20000 and CobiT.

In March 2009 we were listed in the publication ‘Who's Who of Britain's Business Elite:  Business Leaders of the Millennium 2009'. We were given this accolade due to our outstanding achievement of being within the top 1% of companies in the UK in terms of trading since 2000. In the book it states that 1,828,310 businesses have been incorporated  during the dates 1/1/2000 and 31/3/2006 and we are ranked as being in the top 1%.

The Grey Matters offer only the most experienced trainers/consultants to lead our courses and workshops. All are personally selected by our Directors and together offer many hundreds of years of combined business and IT industry knowledge. It is this first-hand experience of their subject area which provides much of the added value to our events. All Grey Matters consultants have a proven track record of implementing best practice in their particular chosen field and all have spent time in Senior Management positions during their careers.
